Ty and Jessye Russom are passionate educators who bonded over their love for music while studying viola performance at the University of North Florida. After graduating they got married and began their journey together in music education. They both started teaching private lessons in high school, got jobs at music studios during college, eventually opening their own home studio, Russom Music Lessons! Alongside their teaching, they perform at weddings, special events, and concerts throughout Florida and Georgia, with renowned groups like the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Sarah Brightman. In addition to their teaching, Jessye has embraced her role as a preschool music teacher since 2019, proving the musical journey can lead to unexpected and fulfilling paths.
